CVH CFi Engine
 

I've managed to get a donor with the 1.8 CVH CFi engine. Does anyone have any experience with these engines and what can be done to make them better cheaply? I don't really want to spend loads on it as it'd be cheaper to just buy a silvertop zetec and rebuild that but I'd prefer to get some use out of my donor engine before I go down the route of replaceing the engine. I'd also like to "clean" it up as I don't really want a crusty/rusty looking engine in my roadster...
