Wishbone tube

I already have the tube for the upper wishbones from Spikehaus.
But soon I will require the tube for the lower I have looked for seamless, But in work I have access to 25mm Dia 3mm thick but it's not seamless would this be ok?
I'm not sure what it is whether it is hydraulic or mechanical grade.

if not do you know where i can get the tubes from? if they are mitred thats a bonus?

Dean

Hi Dean

Personaly, I would use the ERW tube that you have available at work, especialy if it comes free ;)

3mm wall thickness ERW tube will more than compensate for the seam.

The original lo-cost used 1.6mm ERW for the wishbones, plenty of those on the road :)

I will have a full set of wishbones available shortly .... When I dig my jigs out to fabricate my own new set.

One lucky forum member will get an absolute bargain that's for sure :)

Talon trades soley from his ebay store & I hope he won't mind me saying, has a rather limited range of products listed at any one time

Fogot to mention, if you want to get some seamless tube for the lower wishbones you can have a look here ;)
