help needed on CP3/4

Hi all ,just getting back into my locost build after nearly a year off,im having trouble sorting out the top plates for the rear suspension as on page 173.i have made two plates and drilled the holes -a la dimensions in the plans, obviously one needs to be flipped over for left -right handing.the question is ,is the tech drawing in plan ,so that rs15 ,damper bracket and nuts are welded on top or underneath !. i dont want to mess up otherwise the damper bracket will be in the wrong position after ive fully welded .

Not sure I am grasping what you are asking, but the suspension bracket and nuts are underneath the plate.

Lay out one side as per the drawing and make the other side a complete mirror image. When you turn the plates over it will be obvious which side is what as the damper bracket will be inboard and the roll bar holes will be out board. Remember a perminant marker can be erased with chemical wipe, heavy tacks and seam welds require heavy abuse.... measure twice and weld once.
