yamaha yzf600r thundercat carb

Does anyone know for sure whether these carbs had tps? According to wikipedia they had 36 mm Keihin CV Downdraft Carburetors but no mention of tps but other articles / specs seem to indicate they do? I've asked sellers on ebay and some say they have from bikes as early as 1997?

Does anyone know what kind of orientation these have (eg. horizontal or vertical on the bike) or what kind of angle they'd need to be mounted at to ensure the float was level?

How do they rate against the ZX6R carbs or the CBR600's?

i think thease are downdraft and not sure about the tps
try finding a workshop manual from yamaha on download
other idea is to find a local bike brakers and pop round or give them a ring and tell them what you need im sure thay will be helpful if thay want your custom ;)
