MT75 Gear knob

Does anyone know how to remove the gear knob of a mt75 gear box ? I need to take it off to slip a gaitor on

Does the gearsitck not have a thread on it and the gear knob screws onto it?

doesnt seem to it is lifted to engage reverse and there a roll pin or simular at the bottom

Give your knob a good tug and it will come off.
