engine fitted... with issuses

I have finally got my engine mounted in the chassis!!!

First problem was that the tubro fouled on the extra support I added into the bay, so easily solved that by cutting it out

But now I have found that there is no space what so ever to put the the air intake piupe onto the turbo, it is just too close to the bulkhead:(

So a re think is in order mmmmmmm:confused:

I think a bespoke manifold is the only way to got and something like that would give me a starting point

Have been doing a little researech and I think I'm gonna make a stainless 'log' manifold

Any Ideas where I can get A CVH ehaust Flange plate in stainless steel?

I'd recommend you don't use a stainless flange as it tends to distort during welding and its a swine to machine flat. I did this and regret it. mild flange next time!

Bonnet clearance might then be the issue I guess.

Like ebay item number 320745426069

Like Adrian said, much better flow.
