Suspension Bracket Drawing

The link below will to take you to a drawing of the standard suspension bracket.
The drawing differs from the book in that it will help a fabricator who uses a standard press brake that the user bends on the inner bend dimension (not to the bend center as per the book)

I had to create this drawing to form them at work so I thought I may as well share the info.

What size swan neck do you need to put the second bend in with? I offered a bracket up to the top blades and swan necks at my local sheet shop and it hit before the second bend was formed properly. I now knock out about 150-200 an hour with the ply press using a channel press.

The tooling is an Amada 453.
It took some working out to get the correct bends due to our machines being quite old and inaccurate but they have come out spot on.
