RS Turbo Exhaust Manifold On a CVH Leaking...

Hmm as with everything else on my build the rs turbo exhaust manifold seems to start leaking exhaust gasses when I give the engine a good rev (sounds like a turbo prop plane getting ready to take off :) ) At the moment I'm just using the standard cvh gasket but that doesn't seem up to the job. AdrianH seemed to make some sort of plate for his as neither the rs turbo or cvh gasket worked?

Ah ok, so are they fairly straight holes thru the plate between the head and the manifold?

Try turning the gasket round, I did this and it all sealed up correctly no plates or anything else

Heh I've not got one of those and they look well expensive  I'll have to just use the grinding disc on it carefully and then file it down alot.. Cheers for the help though :)
