Help with tt9 and tt11

Hi.
I think I am being a bit dim but I am confused about tt9 and tt11.
The book shows 3 different angles to cut but surely there can be
only 2. One on the horizontal axis and one on the vertical?
Thanks for any enlightenment:-)

Hi,
It may be too late to reply to this post, and you certainly figured it out by yourself, but just in case:
- the 2 angles to consider are (for TT9), 12° (vertical angle, TT9 will be at 12° from the horizontal plan) and 14.5°, horizontal angle (TT9 will be at 14.5° from the vertical plan).
12.5° is not a cut angle, it is just a "view" : how the angle of this face looks like after the 2 cuts when you look at the tube from the side, at 14.5°.
I don't know if I'm clear, but I hope this will help.
Good luck.
Sylvain

Thanks for the reply. I did figure it out in the end exactly as you say.
I was overthinking it ;-)
