Steering track rod ends

Hello,
Do you guys know if the RS2000 steering track rod ends will fit Ford Sierra front uprights ?
Thank you.

I think they do but they can be a bit tight. I just used track rod ends from a sierra which I got from saturn ;)

RS2000 ends fill fit, but the taper on them is slightly smaller than the Sierra upright. Therefore pulling into the upright to far when tightened and not working correctly.

Been there and swapped them for Sierra ones.

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences. I will go for Sierra ones and forget about the RS2000 from RD.
Thank you.

Here's a photo of RS2000 track rod ends from EDS. I mounted them about 7 months ago, obviously they didn't see any road use.

What you can't see is that the nut is fully done, but there's still wobble in the taper. I didn't notice that until yesterday.

I would say this is conclusive evidence that the Escort RS2000 track rod ends do not fit Sierra hubs. (And EDS joints are past their expiry date).
