Chassis is free!

I'm very happy to announce that after 330 days clamped on a wooden board, my chassis has been set free today ! I removed all the brackets and bolts, and put it up side down on the floor to weld the underside.
It is still the beginning of my build, but this kind of steps makes you feel you're going forward :)
Have a nice week end!
Sylvain

Did anything go "twang" ....it did not with mine ...real anti-climax but nice:p it does seem weird that you can now "fling" it about to get at the joints you could'nt before.....I found things started to move on quickly once you had got past the de-tabling....nice one bud keep it up
will be getting back to you soon for some hoses.

Looking good I cant wait to get mine off the table hoping next few months will also be getting in touch for hoses when I get to that point

Reminds me of when my build was all nice and clean with shiny metal! Dont take too long or you will give youself alot more work before painting!

Cool:cool:
Looking very nice indeed.....
Pity about the steering wheel bkt on the wrong side.....LOL:D
You can now see all the nice tight places you have got to weld...
Seriously very proffesional work you've done there.

Oh well, i was after a free chassis LOL

Look a nice build kida, one thing i notice is the quality of welds on these builds, the reason i want to build my own, i was looking at a part finished build, saves money and time, but what do you get....

Good work kida;)
