Pull Up/Down?
 
Hi folks,

Does anybody know anything about Pull Up/Down, i've started to wire my dash tonight. On the wiring for my speedo and tacho, there are wires for Pull up/Down. But i don't have a clue what that is :confused:

pullup can mean adding voltage in a circuit and pulldown lowering a voltage

Pull-up / down is usually used in reference to resistors used to bias a signal to either battery (pull-up) or ground (pull-down):
