Radiator

Hi, wonder if anyone can reccomend what type of radiator to use in conjunction with a ford pinto engine if there is a particular current model car that has a suitable rad.
Thanks

Best bets are a Polo rad or a clio rad. Both can be found new on ebay for about 25-30quid.

The "Polo rad" is the one from a 1983-1990 VW Polo 1.0, core dimensions 322x380 mm, this one: http://www.partsbase.net/part/ava-vw2038 Fits under Haynes nosecones with ample room to spare, seems to be sufficient for 2 litre engines.

You could also take the one which is 5 cm wider, it fits under the Saturn nosecone fine, but there might be clearance problems for the lower outlet with the front frame.
