as for the flat plates, cutting by hand is a nightmare, if you have a local laser cutters, go down and see if they will cut your bits out for you, also handy for other brackets you may need in the future, if you get the bulk cut in one go you should get a nice price

Thanks ill look into that.
Its just that i want to order the steel and its 50 euro for delivery so want to order everythin at once just in case i cant find a cost effective method id rather have the steel there and if i dont use it ill find some other ise for it.
