Argoshield will be just fine
I use it full time & never had any problem welding thinner material
.5mm -10mm !!??
Mig welding thin materials is more to do with technical ability rather than the gas being used
EDIT
I am assuming you mean the gas in the Turquoise bottle with the Green band on the top ( Argoshield universal )
Plain Turquoise bottle will be pure argon and as said might be a tad heavy going but useable nonetheless.
