If it does not start with a splish down the carb then pul the plugs, are they new?

Are they wet with fuel? if so Dry them in the oven at 100c for half an hour and if they are not new give them a light rub with sand paper to clean up the electrodes.

Also confirm you have a spark by placing one of the plugs in the lead and connecting it's threaded portion to the block with a good jump lead. if theres no spark when cranking you still have an ignition issue.
