. at the end of the day if it says built 2010 on the v5 thats all that matters in regards to age. personally i think mechanical condition is much more important on second hand kit cars.
at the end of the day your building one of these cars to drive and own, if your thinking about selling it before you have even built it then that seems a bit weird to me.
