Right .... Just been out & removed my diff seals !!

They were on my to do list & the diff was sitting in the middle of the floor anyways.

No trick fixings but boy, were they tight

Took a serious bit of mullering to get them out .... My trusty MF screw driver would not shift them.
My tyre lever would not shift them at first .... I took a large pin punch & smartly tapped the flat face of the seal, in an inwards motion towards where the centre of the shaft would be.

This helped to release the bond at the sides of the seal .... You'll need to do it in a few places, working your way around the seal.

Placed my lever under the face of the seal, a couple of sharp taps later & out they popped

No I haven't got a set of seal pullers, nor do I intend to buy some just for a one off job

Anyways, jobs a good'un & no dammage done
