This is now my second post on this forum, and have just read the "Club Info" provided by Handy Andy (my brother), and other posts relating to your new "Club".

To lay it on the line, as the saying goes, I am not building (yet) a kit car.

I was down at the show and was extremely impressed by the whole atmosphere and friendship amongst all of you.

Therefore, I would like to offer the following services to get "The Club" up and running A.S.A.P.

1. Free hosting of a website for the club, I have available storage and bandwidth available that I am paying for anyway. Unlike other "Free Webhosting" where you will get banner ads and other 3rd Party ads, this is "Private Webhosting" that I am offering for no charge.

2. A complete and comprehensive membership website script that I have a licence for, it has features for Free Membership and Paid memberships upto 20 total levels of membership. Automatic subscription renewals through Paypal and other third party payment processors. Member contributed content with admin control, unlimited categories, and sub categories. Audio and Video upload facility. Product Directory (ie members can promote their own products) and much much more!, again this is paid for already and therefore is available to the club.

3. A web conference room that is Flash based, no download required. This would resolve the "Committee Meeting" problems of members communicating in real time without having to travel, it has unlimited seats available, again I am already paying for this service, and I have a spare room available for the club.

The control and admin of the above offerings would have to be sorted out by the club as I am not able to provide support due to my day job. But if it helps you guys get going then that is good.

That is a kind offer, I would have to know if those tools would integrate with any of the CMS solutions I am familiar with. As I understand it, AshG has the hosting in hand already. Could you PM me with details of the membership script and the conferencing software? I.E. the product names and versions.
