Putting the Turbo & manifold on anything other than the RS1600t engine creates a whole heap of problems for limited extra performance
From memory, the Turbo was only around 150bhp and you can get a healthy 160bhp from a Zetec.
You'll need to change to forged ally low comp. pistons and I don't even know if anyone makes any to suit.....but for the RSt they're about £190 EACH
You could use a decompression plate but they're notorious for leaking and you'll still need stronger pistons anyway.

Just use the CVH to get through the IVA then switch to the Zetec afterwards like spud did. You can always sell the CVH to the next roadster builder....
