Default Rocker pivots

All,

I welcome any ideas or suggestions on what the best way to pivot the rockers for inboard suspension on a locost are.

It needs to be a straightforward mount, preferably using the same brackets to chassis as the suspension (i.e. those that accept a 44mm crush tube), and be low cost - therefore no ball bearings pressed into either side of the rocker, pivoting on some super special shaft.

The idea of standard suspension polybushes has been poo-poo'd as not being able to withstand the load.

Current front-runner is to use a carefully machined nylon bushing to ride on a standard 44mm crush tube, and pressed into the rocker.

If anybody has any other thoughts or suggestions, I could really do with some brainstorming.

Cheers,
Pavel
