Default It's rising!!

I can't belive how hard it has been to make time to get in the garage!! Had a weeks holiday aswell, but 3 kids, working full time and being the summer hols does not help.
But at last 2 days worth of work, having taught myself to weld, took a few hours setting it right, but am now getting penetration. Cut out what I needed to, have tacked all the bottom rails. Put the first 4 uprights in, tacked the front frame and first 2 top rails. Problem now is I have knackered the tip, which was a 1.0mm, not the 0.8mm tip I was told was in it, although not sure how much diff this makes? Enjoyed using the grinder but have a feeling that the bang it made followed by a snapped screw falling out, means it may not last much longer? But all in all am very happy. Once I get a new tip I will progress some more at the weekend.

I know the carpet is still there, but only while I am tacking.
