The studs come out no problem if you put the hub against something solid like a vice and you can replace them by using a wheel nut and some washers to pull it back in but use the flat side of the nut or tap them back in with a hammer its no big deal.

Ford dealers still stock them as they tend to fit all fords ,I have just replaced some on the rear of a Mondeo.
