i can only suggest changing the car to a classic , if you search on google theres a list of the cheapest cars for a 17 yr old to insure

the good old mini or vw beetles are one of the cheapest to insure and if you approach a classic car company for a quote you wont be too dissapointed

pass plus is pretty much useless nowadays as insurers have stopped recognising it as they say it doesnt make a younger driver safer

or on another note how do you think hed feel about a "little op" girlies get cheaper quotes !
