Best thing I would think would be jack the car up until it's the height you want ( the heights flyerncle has given sound ok to me) then simply measure the distance between the upper and lower shock mounting bolts. Then cut your tube to provide those lengths.

Remember that when you have your springs and shocks you will be setting the ride height by adjusting the spring collars until the height meets your requirements, so this way you are reversing the process, ie jacking the car up til it's the right height and measuring the distance between the bolts.

The usual theory with wishboe suspension is to have the lower wishbones parallel with the ground as far as possible.
