I don't know yet, probably around A5 paper size or a bit smaller. But i'm thinking of printing out a stencil and spray painting it on the grill too.
Any chance you could email me a copy? (I'll come to you when i need the stickers

Best bit so far: Getting it running
Worst bit so far: Cutting steel for wishbones and engine mounts.
Most annoying bit so far: Generator packing up half way through welding.
