kind of defeats the fact that hes already got the new lock set
that cast bit that the barrel is in can be removed from the column. i would take it off put it in the vice and smack the hell out of the retaining pin using a hammer and punch.
failing that screw a slide hammer into the key hole and draw it out thats what we used to on the old farm transits so they didnt need keys.
