Personaly, I have seen & used a fair few fully rotating fabrication jigs.

I have used the Image Sports Cars Jig when I was asked to rework part of the chassis, the jig was made from damn heavy RHS and had cheaky wee slots where certain joints were to allow as much of the chassis to be welded prior to it being taken off. The jig rotated but not exactly a one man job as once the locating peg was removed all hell let loose and it swung upside down.....
