I'm not sure I follow. Is the differential 40 / 50 cms further back that it needs to be? I don't think anything can compensate for such a gap, as both shafts for the diff and the wheels need to be reasonably perpendicular from each, so you can't angle anything that much. I think your in the realms of a bespoke chain drive to link 2 offset shafts.
