Thanks for your input guys think I'll just keep it simple with the bits of wire given that the loom and ECU can be had for £50. The kids go kart design started out simple with a solid axle, second hand 7hp engine and one rear brake and now looks more 'rage' buggy

due to if we build it with independant rear suspension we won't bend the axle, any body know how these tea break design seasions can be avoided?
