Ahh! OK gaz I understand your thinking.

My only question to this would be:

I thought they went on the engine number and emissions test appropriate for the engine, not the car(haynes roadster).
The reason I ask is if they dont have emissions data for the Haynes roadster you could fit any engine and still meet the same requirements! For example a 2000 blacktop would require a CAT, but no emissions data for Haynes Roadster would mean I do not need a CAT?
