Hi Rapid

Been a long while since I changed a CV boot on a Lobro type Sierra shaft so I had a quick gander at the Haynes workshop manual

I have a sneaky feeling that you have dissmantled the CV joint ?

The manual states that the Lobro CV joint is not user servicable & should be replaced.
I guess they must be factory assembled then sealed to prevent the bearings from pulling out of place.

On the face of things the CV boot is only thing that should be serviced by the user.

I expect you know, the CV joint is held onto the driveshaft spline with a circlip.

If you have managed to dissmantle the CV joint itself this could be an indication of wear in the bearings & probably best replaced with new joints.

That said, there may be a way to re-assemble the joint ( Manuals are not allways right )

Hope you get it sorted

New ones are available here

CV Joint & Boot Kit

A reasonable price if you are doing a single joint but going to cost a bit to do all 4
