Thanks Robo, just spent another 15mins on it and result got it back together, once i worked out the direction of the grooves on the inner splined cage and then worked out the dirwection and twist with the flange it seemed to make sense but it was so sensitive, ended up putting to ball bearings in first then twisting and put in 1 ball at a time, not yet seen the youtube video so will be interesting to see how their method compared to mine but it's a bitch of a job to do.... never mind sorted now!
