Try Dealing With HP. One of the biggest computer manufacturers in the world. We have ~1500 devices. Including some very very expensive pieces of kit. Their service is usually appalling. One of those CRITICAL expensive pices of kit was on 4hr response, took 4 days to get it fixed.
