Im reposting this here cos I got carried away and raised it in the wrong section where it will probably sink without trace.
Basiclly I've got my loom plugged in,superfluous functions snipped out and the associated fuses removed .
I 've got it turning over on the key with the plugs out but no spark.
Indicators work but not lights and I get 3+ves at the 3 main headlamp bulb terminals
Any advice here would be appreciated.I realise that there must be an earth problem but they all seem to be well secured.
Is there any easy way of testing the coil?
