I have 1.8 cvh with mechanical fuel pump. My question is how thick is the gasket between the pump and engine block? Looking at the manual it looks like it may be one of the block type ones. Can anyone confirm this for me? If so I'll have to get one as I don't have one lying around.
PS got the engine started for a few seconds by pouring some fuel into the carb, started with no problems.
