Hi Adrian
For the master cylinder, normally, you have 2 out ports at the "front" of the M/C (when M/C is installed on the car) : one "low", and one "high", most of the time on the side, but close to each other : these are for front right and front left brakes. Then you have out port one at the "back" of the M/C, on the side normally, which is for the rear brakes (on for the 2 wheels as it will be split up by the tee piece in the rear frame).
I'm surprised your brake lines didn't come with the lock nuts for bulkhead fittings. Thread of bulkhead fittings to be fitted on the bracket is M10x1.00. which is not the thread you usually find in the store for 10mm diameter. Actually, the "standard" (if there would be one), which is called ISO, for 10mm diameter, is M10x1.50. M10x1.00 (one thread every 1 mm) is thinner than ISO M10x1.50 (one thread every 1.5mm).
Hope this help.
Good luck.
Sylvain
