As you know i have jag coilovers on the car and needing to change the springs to rise the car up about 25 to 30 mm,new springs coming, now ,i have compressed the spring that it is clear of the seat on the strut but on the seat there are 2 little half round pieces of metal ,would anyone know how to get these out ,which way they come out ,would i hit them with the hammer any ideas please
