I think you mean propshaft,its the length between the diff flange and the rear of the box where the oil seal is,Comercial Propshafts on the valley will do one for about £120.

Movement is not an issue as the sliding/shiny part at the front is normally to take into account a live axle/solid axle and the Roadster one is fixed so not a problem.

I am only in Gateshead if you get stuck.
