Quite a lot of thought has gone into the selection of the upright. Mazda have designed the front suspension on the fd35 rx7 to have zero scrub, it also gives me the 300mm discs with the ali 4 pot caliper. The wheels are from the same car so offset is correct. The lower ball joint is the same as the mx5 so I can use the saturn design lower wishbone ,that leaves me to make a top wishbone which will have rose joints on all three corners. That will give me adjustment in caster and camber. Its a sort of win win situation. The upright is also slightly taller <25mm> which will get rid of some of the positive roll camber change. To keep the same stud pattern all round I will drill the rear cossie hubs to the mazda 5 stud pattern.
