Albert with due respect the iva manual is supposed to be just that and its not. Too much is left as a grey area and "up to the tester on the day". I liked the look of the mirrors with the indicators on the end, the forum went round in circles as to suitability with several debates on the issue and never came to a conclusion.
Its stuff like this that needs ironing out.
