If you mount your seat belts to the horizontal bar at the bottom of the roll bar then you need to have either front or rear roll bar stays. How ever if your seat belts are mounted to some where like SB2 , RS4+5 ect then you don't need front or rear stays.
I am not using rear stays on my build but the bolts have been upgraded to m10 and I also had it welded by a very good offshore welding company. Not sure who it was but someone has passed Iva witho it these. Nathan knows who it is.

Build cost.... seems to be spending more on tools than car bits at the moment! (they will be handy in the future though).
Car iva'd and passed 15/08/2014. Finished weight 572kg.
