The lambda bung has had a fillet machined on the plug and i've also sanded a radius on the boss itself.
Interesting thought on the pedal bolts - will have to read the manual again.
Another one that has been suggested on another forum is to cut the windscreen wiper stalk off in case the inspector interprets it as being for a later screen. Just ordered a spare unit so I can replace if I do fit a screen.

Note that the handbrake, sidelight and battery are especially sharp and well defined - much better than the others which came with the kit
