I use to be an agricultural engineer too, had my fair shair of welding up broken loader frames in mid winter and grinding in valves in some farmers draughty cow shed or replacing some dodgy fitting hydraulic hose when you cant feel your fingers on a cold winters morning! nope, never again.... main dealers VW workshop for me!!!
22 degrees c in winter and a coffee machine close to hand too! cant beat it!
