Steering column bearing
Hi I recently posted about the original plastic bush, the column went through and advice was to use a bearing and thicker plate. I recently removed the book design plate etc purchased bearing etc. wondered I any one could advise if I weld thicker plate all round front outside of foot well will I be ok to just run short welds round the inside of the foot well or should I weld all round inside too?
Any help greatly appreciated.
