Sulphur is yellow 
If you think about how much oil is left in the actual engine it will get dirty quite quickly,carbon is what blackens diesel engine oil.
If you are ever stuck I have 6 ramps in my man cave. 
The info in that link is a bit suspect "sulfur"
I hope you did not get a "Pitstop".
