Fixed
I found a small pipe under the throttle body and it had a small hole in it. Luckily a piece of 8mm fuel hose fitted perfectly!
I've ran it for about 30 mins and all seems fine

Build cost.... seems to be spending more on tools than car bits at the moment! (they will be handy in the future though).
Car iva'd and passed 15/08/2014. Finished weight 572kg.
