RU1 shows a dimension of 96mm to the 13mm hole but not the distance from the side to the centre. Can anyone enlighten me?

Looking at the drawing on page 178 it gives a radius of 18mm, in the absence of any other data on the drawing I assumed that the hole centre was 18mm in from the side of the plate

That's the measurement I used, upright now fitted on the car & all is fine
