Default Build Update

Thought it was about time for a build update:

I got a scuttle from Spud in his seconds clearance sale, since then I have borrowed a nosecone and bonnet (thanks to Skov )

Trial fitting the bonnet and nose has allowed me to put the scuttle in the right place, but unfortunately the bonnet won't fit over the Efi inlet grrr!
So I'm going to have to make an alli one up and put some sort of bulge in it to clear the in let and the charge pipe when it's fitted. unless i can get a standard fibreglass one with no scoop at all?

I've also solved the problem of the turbo not being in the right place by making a 1 off stainless manifold at work.

Oohh and I've also got the polo radiator and fan fitted. I think there will even be enough space to mout an oil cooler rad in front of the Polo one!

It's an 1800 zetec bottom end, with an rst head, and efi management so a bit of a hybrid
