Default Finally Started

Thought it was about time I introduced myself to everyone. I've been reading the forum for a good few months now so most of you have helped me already without even knowing it, don't think I've ever seen such a user friendly forum.

I live in Romford, but the car is being built near Bournemouth.

Today I finally got my chassis. I went down the MX-5 route, it's based on the Vodou design, but isn't exactly to the design spec and isnt fully finished yet so there a few missing bits. Still needs all the suspension brackets doing, along with some bits for the radiator and engine area.

This whole thing will be a bit of a learning curve, as far as I know no one on the forum has done one of these yet? So it'll be extra fun trying to figure out how it all is supposed to go together

Below is a crappy mobile picture of my donor car, now in bits which is a shame as it was a nice car, then my chassis being picked up. (Thats not me in the photo)

Glad to have finally started, look forward to my next update
